Wrong. No public company owns 100% of itself. Lol. That's why they sell stock. You just need controlling interest. Which WC has. Plus they bought all the assets as an added bonus for themselves and us WC is also a common stockholder. Y would they mess with the common stock when they own more than anyone else. We are just along for the ride. The did this to make money.
