Going out on a limb and saying that the board meeting was right after court adjourned the first time and before the next leg of the court case that continued at 5pm eastern time. Which is why the judge would consider readjourning that late in the day because it was evident that it would all be concluded successfully. That law360 article jumped the gun. Lol. Didn't follow up with the second part of days hearing.
