Bavarian, That is some great research into that SB-2 which is the Registration Statement for the Cornell Loan filed with the SEC. When the SEC reads that and gives their "blessing" (that reminds me, I like this new Pope because he tells it like it is) the Cornell debenture loan will be official. I mentioned this filing briefly in Post #5039.
Since, over half of Mario and his wife Kathy's shares are tied up guaranteeing this loan, I think that'll be a strong motivator to get the 2.9 million Dollars plus 15% interest from the first new orders or a regular commercial loan.
Payoff it off early with hardly any dilution depending on how soon they do it.
