Possibly, GHS stepped up and bought all the toxic debt ontop of the 2M financing pkg, is my understanding...

Feb. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Rich Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCPK: RCHA) ("Rich" or the "Company"), a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing innovative therapies in oncology announced today that it has entered into new financing agreements with GHS Investments, LLC.

Rich Pharmaceuticals, Inc. , (hereinafter called the “Company”), hereby promises to pay to the order of GHS Investments, LLC , a Nevada Limited Liability Company, or its registered assigns (the “Holder”) the sum of $563,027.81,000 on October 25, 2017, (the "Maturity Date")

My question is are they paying the $563,027.81,000, or are they financing from the 2M offered by GHS.......OR BOTH

On February 21, 2017, Rich Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted a Debt Purchase Agreement (the “DPA”) between GHS Investments, LLC (“GHS”) and LG Capital Funding, LLC (“LG”) pursuant to which GHS purchased from LG outstanding convertible promissory notes in the principal amount of $563,027 (the “LG Debt”), and the Company executed a Promissory Note in the amount of $563,027 (the “LG Note”) in favor of GHS in lieu of the LG Debt.

Im surprised no one has done the calculations on how much GHS investments has obtained from conversions since Feb this year...

The investments will be made through an equity purchase agreement and registration rights agreement that provides for the sale of up to $2 million in shares of the Company's common stock to GHS Investments, LLC. The obligations of GHS Investments, LLC to purchase the shares are subject to certain conditions contained in the financing agreements, including the filing of a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the effectiveness of the registration statement.

If anyone wants to add up the conversion amount so far from the 8ks for GHS and post what they think has been paid off I will confirm and post my numbers by opening bell tomorrow. This may help in determining how much more "financing" we have in store...
