If this is true a reasonable question is why aren't they talking about the money being paid down and the interest in the technology. It also makes you wonder why the people placing orders are not interested in buying a few shares of stock. Both actions require taking risks. If they had a bunch of people doing that I would think we would see more interest in the stock, and right now we are not.
