Following allegations of sexual misconduct, MK Michal Rozin asked Israeli health minister, Yakov Litzman, to suspend the license of a therapist who allegedly exploited his patient. The patient, Maya Berger, was 26 years old when she first entered to Abarbanel mental hospital, after she tried to commit suicide. She did so after her shrink ceased to treat her and Berger developed a dependency on her psychologist.

Please proof of this statement.

But there is much more about Baruch.

"Baruch had served for a decade as Abarbanel’s director and also head of medical cannabis administration in the health ministry. In November 2014 he voluntarily retired from Abarbanel following complaints about his management and problems connected to cannabis administration."

So he was also incompetent in the management of the Cannabis Administration also.
