He was accused of fraternization with a patient of the hospital in which he was a director at the hospital but not her doctor. She was his girlfriend for a year and when he broke up with her she made the complaint. Not the first time a girl tries to hurt a guy who breaks up with her.

Second, you comparing the reputations of the actual BOD and Top Management of a OWCP, to the reputation of a politician because he gave some unrelated company a testimonial is totally ridiculous. Apples and oranges.
