LOL on me for forgetting about the buyout. But, could this make the $90 a bit high? A lot of legal liability is possible? As I have read, Dicambia was sold to farmers before it was approved. I would be terrified if I was in Bayer management or on their BOD. Dew, could this have an affect of Bayer backing out. If so from here as $12 gain and even at $90, a $26 loss from here.. Risk reward does not look as good as before this article?
