We are settling material debts through exchanging shares of our stock. The reduction in debt is of material benefit to the shareholders as it permits the company to maintain a positive cash flow while it invests in the future and grows the business. We are not in a position, as a public company, to be specific with any one shareholder, but both the debt reduction and the share issuances are detailed in our quarterly and annual reports.
