I dont think it will be that small a number.

Whatever it is, it will be the final time there is dilution here, and STEVE can finally rid the company of the mess he inherited.

The REVS and growth prospects are revving up in a MAJOR WAY. As that continues, its all eyes on the prize... 12-24 months STEVE wants to sell this puppy to the highest bidder.

One thing he can do in the meantime is get this company to the highest valuation possible, and I'm confident he will.

As long as we end up with LESS O/S when it's over than we have today (including 1.4B share reduction) we win when that also means we will have ZERO DEBT AS WELL.

If it turns out to be 400M shares to pay off remaining debt, and we are at 3.6B or 3.7B O/S (lets use 3.7B) that would be a net loss of 1B O/S shares and ZERO DEBT.

We could be at 2.7B O/S with ZERO DEBT, 12 months of income coming that will be a MINIMUM of $2M and non dilutive financing for acquisitions!

Let's not underestimate what that means.
