You are taking it differently; My personal example was to made a point. Only 3.4 millions houses sold last 2 years and 70 of those have mortgages and most of those people have sold their houses so impact of new mortgage is not so big, all the people in my circle have now lower mortgages and bigger houses. Most people who put 20 % down have fix mortgage.
I thank God for his blessing but I have lost in life my share, discussion here mean that your view is not only right view every coin has 2 sides.
