I agree, we more clarity on how this dilution process works and how these shares on issued. Are they issued on demand? or are they on a time schedule? How much of the debt is lowering with each dilution? and how many shares are being diluted each time?

I feel more comfortable with the dilution if I had more answers, but the CEO is working hard behind the scenes but not sharing that information with the share holders, which leaves us to guess and that can be frustrating

In the long haul it doesn't matter but we still need more info because it has happened so often recently.

I would like to know, if this is all just one debt holder who is cashing out?
