True, or at least that is the narrative I've heard also. Yet China is producing Quaaludes (sending to South Africa) without approval, and Fentanyl into the US. I was more concerned with North Korea, they counterfeit money and have a little regard towards international norms.
I am assuming that the patent process has some kind of secret to manufacturing that is revealed upon expiration. And on that subject, shouldn't we (Anavex) get something like a trademark, where we get some kind of perpetual royalty for discovery. Once the cat is out of the bag, mammals benefit forever.
