This is a QB level stock. I'm going to trust that this CEO is not incompetent enough to put out a series of false PRs and filings running the risk of prosecution for...what reason exactly? He's locked up his shares for 3 yrs from the day they are converted, he's paid down all the debt and he's been very specific about how many shares are outstanding and there's revenue and expansion coming, but if some need to wait until filings to verify, well to each his own. GLTY UF
