Let's examine those two words...

PUMP...the only pump I see is a CEO putting out news and filings and fifteen or twenty folks on this board who are excited about a cannabis company with revenues, 4.4M shares and no debt. Nowhere have I seen some promoter involved in this one.

DUMP...the company sold 400K shares back on August 24 and got $340K in return. Not much of a dump.

This activity today is from people determined to cast doubt and from there only being about a months worth of momentum to date. Just wait until this float gets gobbled up.

P&D...I don't think so. JMHO
