Unfortunately, when the SEC suspends an SEC Registered stock for delinquent Financials/Filings it is too late for the company to remedy the delinquencies. Essentially it is unforgivable by the SEC.

Of the 1,586 SEC Registered stocks that were similarly suspended for Financials/Filings delinquencies all 1,586 stocks had their registrations revoked. That is 100%.
