But see, we're not talking about fully diluted anything. Just like every other stock on the boards, we're talking shares outstanding which is 4.4M with a 4.6M market cap and no debt. And if we were talking about the fully diluted portion, we would be remiss not to mention that they are restricted FOR THREE YEARS FROM THE DATE OF CONVERSION!!!!!!!

Some cannot accept the fact that this company is doing everything the right way. UF
