Once I hit 30% I usually put a trailing stop on mine. If I am in them at under .20 I will put a .10 limit on them, that way as the price climbs so does my stop, but my stop never goes lower than the highest point it ever reaches. That way if I am away and the bottom drops out, I still retain my profits.
