Taptic/Haptic springs, Home Button/Keyboard Dome switches, Grills, Lighting ports, Flexible waterproofing components inside Apple Watch etc.
Lots of BMG used, its just not called LiquidMetal, Now with Eontec's cheaper BMG, LQMT has the chance to be the supplier for BMG.

Name Just 1 teardown that has analysed the microstructure of an alloy?

Assuming for the moment that some or all of the above components are BMG, wouldn't it be to LQMT's benefit to get the word out even if they are not made by LQMT or using LQMT's formulations. Wouldn't proof that Apple's adoption of the technology raise the value of LQMT in the eyes of other manufactures?

Assuming that LQMT isn't the manufacturer (which is a very safe assumption), LQMT isn't contractually bound from analyzing the components and releasing the results. More likely, LQMT would secretly leak the results to a tear lab so as to keep their finger prints off of the report and thereby avoid Apple's wrath.

IMHO, it is very unlikely that the components are made from BMG and that no one has thought to analyze them for being BMG. Heck, someone could just try to see if bending a component was harder than if it were made of steel or aluminum, and if so, then do a detail metallurgical examination.
