There are two trains of thought with regard to any final distribution to Prefs (Wampq, Wamkq +TPS) and Commons.

Some believe the 75/25 split applies to the end, where Prefs receive 75% of the assets, which is to be apportioned between PQ's, KQ's and TPS and Commons to receive 25%.

The other camp believes Prefs receive only face value of $7.5 Bil ($1000/sh for Wampq's) plus accumulated interest for 9 years with the rest going to Commons.

For now, that's where we stand until the actual facts are revealed as to how much legacy cash/assets there are and how it will be distributed to escrow holders.
