Actually, I have a Morningstar Premium account and Morningstar does not have a rating or a stock analysis for MYDX. The 3 Stars you see on the OTC are there as speculative stock, which means the stock may be trading close to its fair value, but could change if the price of the stock rises in price, and to be frank, MYDX will go up!
