Bless your heart. Thanks. 25% sell is reasonable. I have been contemplating selling some too....

even though we are expecting big things soon. Called taking some off the table...its a matter of what I

feel comfortable with....considering the world situation....and some house repairs I'd like to make.....

so its understandable.
