The only agreement between SFOR and MSFT is that msft get to use our technology for free that is very clear when you talk to Kay. No matter how much msft makes through Azure we will not see a penny. THEY USE IT FOR FREE.

This is not going to nasdaq no matter how much success they have, now if ACS decides to go public they will probably go to the nasdaq.

Also it is not speculation that this is going in the crapper. When you speculate you are speaking of the future. So it would not be right to say we are going in the crapper. For we are in the crapper now that is fact. Now one might speculate whether or not the crap will get flushed down the toilet or if we will come out of the crapper. But for now according to everthing in the last 3 10Q we are clearly deep in the crapper not speculation fact. If anyone thinks I am wrong, well he is a moron. Glta.
