I'm afraid you are right...he'll print 40M more around 9 1/2 cents taking the current o/s to ~193m. This would leave ~100M shares left. Once those March 2018 warrants expire worthless, he will still have some room under the a/s as he only has to acct for 26M (from the 5 yr warrants). Fluti will sell but will only make a small dent for 2017 revs. By the time Q1 2018 finishes up - MM's will definitely keep PPS under 15 cents to ensure warrants expire. This thing either makes it or sinks when Q1 2018 earnings come out in May 2018 !!!


Bottom line, he will still have about 73 or 74M as a "buffer".
