U.S. Dollar Index is very concerning here...
If we pull up a 10+ year chart of $DXY it may be ready to break downward
hard here.

We're also entering a notoriously bad section of the year, when it comes to stock performance.
We already know the indexes seem toppy and weak also...
Hellen and Draghi did not help the picture.
