To parrot your thoughts, Jimmy & Raja, Dr Missling knows exactly what this Company has and I'm sure that, at this stage, he has an excellent idea of what the NEXT iteration of Anavex Life Sciences will look like.

There is frankly no other RATIONAL way to view these S-4 insider purchases by Dr M other than a STRONG show of confidence in the results in hand and the future that they have in store.

There is no one person better suited to instill such confidence than the CEO himself.

He's telling us basically to chill the %@!# out. Data and news will be released when it makes sense and when it is in the best interests of the Company that we hired him to lead.

IMHO of course.
