Only FONG knew how to write up financials on his scams. Fong knew how to play the SEC Rules & Regulations to keep his scam stocks barely within SEC Guidelines.

No ethical accountant or firm will take on this toxic scam as they know it's nothing but a share dumping dilution scam.

Anyone who invested here are holding worthless shares.
