13 months since was awarded grant to Neah Power Systems, was hyped at the grant w/a hike in pps for Neah Power Systems. Still not acted upon. The whole thing boils down Also to cost effectiveness. That has always been the story in this field. Neah Power Systems has no funding & would have reaped it it was in Fact feasible end of story. (And you cannot explain it any other way , smart or not . IMO
