Rise are you ok buddy? Seems like you have some personal vendettas. Do you or did you work there or what do you do?

Lattice seemed like it was going dark anyways. Maybe Alpine was the saving grace. I'm not a genius here, but if one company sees opportunity to make it better, it costs something. That's why there are consultants for companies who can't see what's right under their noses.

You even said, he can't execute. I don't know who he is or his background so I can't speak on that, but why would "management have to stay" if they can't execute? Leadership and main decisions come from the top down.

So that seems to be the cost if you can't see what's going on around you and/or adapting to the market. I understand this, if companies sell it's a good deal to get out on the sellers side and a buyer is willing to pay, or the seller is in deep doodoo and the buyer sees an opportunity and vision to turn it around. Think big picture with this and what other companies Alpine has that tie in together.

So tell me how Lattice is going to be half the revenue of Alpine??? What proof do you have and reports are you doing going off of, please inform us.

You or I don't know what's happening behind the scenes to go off like you did. Let's play fair and yes we should all give three shouts to revenue.
