Moose, That's the best way to look at it. It's boring watching nothing happen to the stock price. However, knowing at 1.3 cents or higher, SaVi is precluded from paying off the Cornell Capital loan early, according to the loan terms they signed, we all should be pleased with what's happening right now.

I don't know who Blockman was speaking to on 09/08/06 at the SaVi plant during his visit who was non-commital about whether SaVi will pay off Cornell early or not and instead said SaVi's productivity in the future would work SaVi out of any share dilution Cornell creates. I'd take that as a non-answer because that guy Blockman saw in the plant probably knew he couldn't really say or he may not have even known. Instead he gave Blockman a "production will overcome everything" answer.

Now, a week and half later, SaVi's actions speak louder than any words, that Blockman heard at the SaVi facilities. Since the CFO and CEO PRs were announced (which they had to announce, being a public company) there has not been any news. I don't think that's an accident, they're getting their "DynoValve production act" together so they can get a rid of Cornell, I think. And IMO, because of that, they don't want the stock price to go to 1.3 cents or higher either.
