I more or less told Mark I could help him procuring $15,000 that he needs to go forward (saving a month) in the process, but he did not take me up on that.

So I believe he is trying to get the $15,000 to make sure that he has enough to cover the fees associated with becoming pink again.

MIKP did have an MM previously, however just when everything looked good, the MM gave up on MIKP. Now supposedly we have another MM willing to do the same thing.

IMO since there is no more that MIKP needs to do, the 211 is NOT needed and the form 10 needs to be up to date.
