That's because everyone is stuck on the "SHOW ME THE MONEY" concept aggressively promoted here, and are not giving due respect to the "WHY ROPES & GRAY AND BLANK ROME ARE HANDLING SFOR" concept! Many people will either sell or remain on the sideline, and will end up chasing shares once news actually breaks. Others like the longs here will continue to read the tea leaves, taking notice of hidden gems of info contained in the limited information available! Also gathering more shares when possible! My impression of today's information is that our infringers failed miserably in their petition! I interpret that as good news for SFOR and its shareholders, and although it hasn't "immediately" produced a settlement announcement, it indicates we are "a big step closer" to such news! Just IMHO!!!
