I do not get sick of your questions – only sometimes in the manner in which you asked them. That said I spoke to our attorney this morning and believe we have a path forward. I do not think we will proceed with a 2 11 but I do feel we will be forming a new entity and doing a share exchange with current shareholders so that they can participate in the new entity. I do not have any more details than that right now but I should in the coming weeks – two or three

We have engaged an atty to start the process--which we will announce soon- I expect we will announce details within the next 3 weeks. I cannot explain the process until it is announced publicly.

Will we be getting an update this week or are we going to get a fresh new estimate of 3 more weeks further giving us just another reason to doubt your guestimates. Not looking for an official PR but would be nice to get something off of facebook or something like that, that would be just as news worthy as an official PR.
