Its not cut and dry. That's what I have been preaching. With the news today its looking even better. The only news out on it came from seeking alpha from a bunch of nobodies. The only things that have came out are basic protocols for an exit/merger. That's why Tera is showing up in PRs now. Most of the buying is probably coming from the inside by people who knows whats going on. I haven't seen 1 professional that says its over. SUNEQ has been saying all along the sun cusip is going away and new shares are being issued. Because that's what happens when a company exits a chapter 11. The shares Tera is receiving are class A. Why would they want commons? Most likely old commons will become Tera commons. That's what usually happens.
