ICNB is Oversold none the less. So if an adjustment must be made for dilution, then to what degree must it be made? It is after all relative is it not? So we endeavor to mathematically and reasonably rationalize an allowance, tempering the chartist dogma.
Is anything in the OTC EVER constant? Or is it a continuos series of adjusted estimations spawning speculations.

All of time belongs to us, and it will never be enough.
