Correct me if i'm wrong.

Sounds like Liquidmetal Coatings (a subsidiary of LQMT), has entered into a JV with a very small oil services company in granting a royalty free license to their IP.

I dont have details/info on how this looks revenue wise for 'coatings', but from the nature of the deal it suggests it is a continued manufacturing/distribution situation.

There is no way, if this were to take off, that it is not a positive for LQMT as the parent company.

Perhaps I am missing the nature of the Grant, but overall it sounds like a good thing.
