RO's first responsibility is to get this done - name change and symbol change. His second is to see the legal action is reaolved. Then he can start fulfilling his duties in the relations department by disseminating the marketing info/fins for the benefit of the shareholder/market as produced by the company

I'm with you - gonna back off here and wait for that to happen - while still accumulating when the opportunity presents itself.
