Good morning everyone
I actually called R Oravec last night to get our questions answered. He was cordial and seemed as frustrated as everyone.
I asked him why we are not getting any information, PRs or updates.

His BOSS Mt. Wang of jim bo has told him NOT to release ANYTHING especially with the name Dolv on it. Reason: The people of China do not know what a "Dolat" is and the R/M into a shell would mean nothing to them. There is a definite cultural difference. He is just following what his boss said. He gets calls every hour on the hour from China wanting to know how is it going...he is not privy to finra review.

Much of what I learned has already been put out there by other posters.

Wang does not care where the price is until it becomes official. Then this thing will be treated like an IPO. IMO, just have shares and don't worry or watch current pps . I said it keeps going down. He said mr Wang does not worry about that. So I am going to quit watching and treating it like a normal OTC purchase.

The date out there of Aug 25th is the date that finra set for Dolv to have all their data into them. It would be like April 15th for taxes. So that is all the date is. Finra could take as long as they want.

Finra is tougher on Dolv because of all the SCAMs out there according to Richard.We have presented all that finra wants. He said they keep asking Mr Wang how many employees do you have....been an issue.

Notice how these answers have shown up before.

Richard is an amicable kind of fellow and has no favorites. He is not incompetent he is following orders. I asked what if it takes another month? He said he would be chewing the carpet off his floor by then.

Don't be afraid to call him because nothing is coming out in print till the "IPO" begins. IMO, I am going to set aside some cash and if it gets to .01 then so be it and buy ALL I can.

So nothing revolutionary or "new" . Play the game how you wish. But the ticker WILL change......no one knows when.
