that is excellent news you guys they gpot 340 000$ for 400 000 shares I mean that's some pretty solid financing escpecially in penny land and nobody in their right mind would give that such good financing if they didn't know that reves were coming in hard
honrestly do some math they collected only like 4000 ft2 of the 22 000 and made 140 000 $ , they are expected to collect 4.4 million off that 22 000 ft2 like that's crazy with a low of even 7 million os when all funding has gone through the yearly revs will be 150 000 ft2 X 200 $ = 30.4 million revs x .4 ( 40% ) for net cash = 12 .16 million
7 ,illion os / 12.6 cash in hand = 1.7$ a share year 2 = 3.4$ year 3 = 5.1 $ a share , then add a very conservative factor of 5
year 1 = 8.5$ market cap = 59 ,million year 2 = 17$ a share ( 120 million market cap ) and so on so forth this is huge , get ready for the next harvest boys
