But it just isn't! You are referring to articles written by normal unaffiliated people who are making assumption and could not possible know the inner workings. Most of whom have been completely wrong the entire time about every scope and reasoning of the BK to begin with. The only facts that any one out side of Sun or Tera knows for sure is that they are consolidating and restructuring so they can continue operations by Nov 15. I have not spun anything. I am going off of PRs put out by the company and letters I get in the mail because I own their stock. Its really just my opinion based on the same info everybody else is provided minus the the assumptions of others.
