That's what I've been saying. No body ever came out and said its over except the people making assumptions. They haven't even calculated everything up yet. They only have an ok to exit chapter 11. I get that people want to make the safest bet. But there is no factual info at the current time for either case. Only hear say. I think more people are coming to the realization of that.
