There is a new update on twitter about the filing. With the full audit, the close, and everything else going on. I can "somewhat" understand why this Q got delayed. It is not an excuse because imo NOW is the time to establish credibility within the market place, and on time filings are crucial to that. Just offering a possible reason as to what happened. Needless to say it appears things are about to be resolved with that.
