Matt Kochendorfer is responsive, but limited in the usual ways. At least for me, Steve Helm generally does not reply, or refers requests to Matt. I wrote a slightly impatient email to them yesterday AM asking about the filings that were tweeted last week, and received a more polite response than I probably deserved from Matt Kochendorfer a few hours later.

Hello [ME]. The filing has been submitted and they are waiting on OTC markets to upload it.

As for the meetings, things are progressing as expected and I hope we hear something very very soon.
