His numbers though have one VERY big assumption, which as of now isn't a correct --- that the $140K/week is sustainable, which as far as we all know at least in the short term, they will not be bringing in revenue every week.

Either way, you invest in stocks like this for their potential, if they can manage to bring in similar sustainable revenues & profits in the near future, then this is easily worth way more than that.
