$SIGO. This stock is trading as if the 4 mil o/s is mostly locked up. Not many shares for a Huge tank today. As I've indicated before, I wouldn't be surprised if there were only 1/2-1 mil shares actually in the day to day trading float. The shares we are seeing today is just a tiny number of the 4 mil o/s that is being whipped around several times which kinda creates an illusion.
