$SIGO. MMs need volume and they don't appear to be getting it on the downside. Moving to the next higher level IMO to get it. As we can see with just approx. 250K traded so far this morning, stops were taken out and people are averaging down rather than dumping IMO. Looking for $3-5 very soon! News at anytime.
