$SIGO. Would luv to see a cancellation/amendment of the S1 filing. I'm guessing a finalization of a big lease agreement is about to hit the wires + additional non-dilutive partner funding of a sizable sum.

Isn't something specific supposed to happen in September? I thought I read something on that. October is the tour of the facilities and to meet the people.
