Ppl probably don't understand what MONTHLY divi p/o and ADJUSTED divi p/o based on revs means.
They're not gonna start off the bat by paying out like $0.50 per share.
That'd be ridiculous.

I remember having some shares of NV*A which is on the big boards and received cents per share. Considering, at the time, it was trading at about $160.

$0.001 per share is a gift.
