According to the S-1 they both would also be selling stock. 20 million shares were registered, but that was when the price was $.13. They don't go into detail just how many shares they'll be selling for themselves though. Somebody dumped hard at the open and it never really recovered and the usual mm's were on the ask, probably insiders unloading.

They may actually be selling mj, at least they claim to be. In September they're doing a tour of their grow op in Northern Ca.
