They can have up to 7 BofD's per their bylaws. They currently have 6, Chung would be 7, so any at-large bid you might have been banking on were officially extinguished, unless Lugee is annexing another Board member.

Wow, this is stunning news, but certainly not a negative. On the face of it, it's a win all around; qualified worker got promoted, Chung worked himself into a cushy role and shareholders...well, we'll see what we get, haha, but I don't think Lugee, as a shareholder, is into accepting a booby prize, haha.
